Help Foster a Community of Human Resource Professionals

The TCHRA Young Professionals Mentoring program partners early career HR professionals with mid-to-senior career HR professionals.  The mentor is a great resource for the young professional in providing coaching, guidance, experience and helping them get connected to other HR professionals and opportunities

Mentoring has benefits for the person being mentored and the experienced mentor:

Mentee Benefits:

·        Build their HR professional network.

·        Learn and gain a better understanding of being an HR professional from an experienced HR practitioner.

·        Familiarize themselves with corporate protocol.

·        Have a safe person and environment to ask questions, discuss concerns and challenges.
