Reimagining Interdependence:  Awakening Untapped Potential to Solve Real Organizational Challenges

So, you read 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, and like the other 30 million readers were lit up about the idea of interdependence and the impact it could make in your life, your teams, and your work!  But, then, there’s this little thing called “reality.”  It’s so much easier to talk about, than to do!  Yet, now more than ever, Interdependence is needed to solve the complex problems and challenges we face.  The world of work is changing at an exponential rate, and the need to draw in the perspectives of multiple different generations, experience levels, and the varying vantage points available from within our organizations has never been more critical.  It’s time to reimagine interdependence and use it to discover and awaken the giant reservoir of untapped potential available inside yourself and those around you.  After all, the untapped potential around us contains the answers and solutions to many of the most pressing problems we face – if we could awaken it!

Individuals who participate in this webinar will:

  • Learn the Intentional Co-creation of Conditions guidelines that will intelligently influence others to operate from Interdependence with them
  • Examine the power of Interdependence from the perspective of their employees, how it sees, feels, and brings remarkable results that are so different from the typical experience of Dependence, Independence, and Codependence (the prevailing paradigms of our day!)
  • Learn the Constellation Tool which opens the door for essential transparency, authenticity, and vulnerability needed to create and sustain high levels of Interdependence
  • Discover the “Me-to-We” Shared Purpose-Builder Strategy for igniting alignment toward meaningful collective outcomes (time permitting).
