Prior to LaRosa’s, Browne held various HR management positions in the manufacturing consumer products and professional services industries. An active member of SHRM for more than 15 years, Browne has held several leadership roles, including serving on the Membership Advisory Council, serving as state council director and state conference director, and currently serves on the SHRM Board of Directors.
