February Webinar: Benefits Communications – Left Brain vs. Right Brain

Most benefits communications are put out in memos, and fact-sheets; filled with analytical data that is difficult to interpret and understand. What can get missed are the reasons why your employees are even sitting in the seats in front of you. In this webinar, we want to help you as communicators learn how to appeal to the reason the employees are there and not just the data you want them to hear.  To help you really get through to your employees and help them to truly understand the data you are presenting.

The focus is on the "why", not the "how" or the "what." You have to position the information in a way that encourages the people hearing it to take steps down the path you want them to move.

In this interactive workshop, participants will learn:

  • How to position the information you want your employees to hear in a way they can understand it
  • How to communicate the "why" behind the information you are presenting

  • Practical ways to organize what you’re trying to say in a step-by-step process
