January Webinar: HR as a Business Partner – Working with Managers for Organizational Success

The demands of HR professionals have changed immensely in today’s complex business environment as more organizations seek business partners to lead their human resources function. To effectively drive business results, HR must be able to align their HR strategies and tactics to support organizational strategic goals. In this session, we’ll explore and develop the skills that HR business partners must master to be successful in their role, how to establish partnerships with management, and be seen by executive leaders as critical partners in the success of the business. Regardless of your position in HR, we must all look at our roles as business professionals solving business problems through HR related solutions.

In this webinar, participants will:

  • Identify the critical role of the HR business partner.

  • Explore the HR business partner's role in driving organizational results and delivering value to management and senior leaders.

  • Understand how you are a business professional currently working in human resources.

  • Learn how to solve business problems with HR solutions.
