We are thrilled to be partnering with the Gallup organization to bring this Strengths Conference to our local HR Community. In developing their book StrengthsFinder 2.0 and through their groundbreaking research, the scientists at Gallup have studied people in all cultures in all parts of the world. They found that we can improve results and help people grow if we focus on what was right about them i.e. what makes us strong.
