August Chapter Meeting

Throughout the COVID-19 crisis, companies have struggled to understand key factors that impact and sustain heightened levels of engagement among their employees. Changes brought about by the pandemic have fundamentally altered work routines and have also led to significant shifts in the drivers of engagement among a majority of the US workforce. This presentation will explore how drivers of engagement have shifted during past crises in our nation’s history—and how these past shifts in engagement drivers can help inform strategies that must be pursued today as organizations seek to sustain engagement among their employees. Most importantly, it will illuminate new, emerging drivers of engagement that have manifested as a result of the unprecedented crisis of the pandemic. Join us to learn more about straightforward and actionable issues that must be addressed in creating an efficient pathway to keep your workface energized and enthused during this challenging period.

Attendees will learn:

  • the curious evolution of engagement metrics
  • how to properly measure engagement
  • the return on investment for building engagement
  • differences in key drivers of engagement during “good times” and “bad times”
  • differences in drivers of engagement during “bad times” and “pandemic bad times”
  • short term and long term projections on how key drivers of engagement may continue to change
