Who we are

Twin Cities SHRM (TCSHRM) is one of the largest SHRM chapters with over 1,000 members. Founded in 1951, we celebrated 70 years strong in 2021 and became a  Pinnacle Award Winning Chapter! In 2022, we won another Pinnacle Award for our ground breaking What the HR! Podcast  and became a back to back Pinnacle Award winning chapter. In 2024, we won our third Pinnacle Award for our first ever Fall Leadership Conference.

Our theme for 2025 is HUMANity at Work. Organizations thrive when they recognize the full humanity of their workforce. It is about creating workplaces where individuals feel respected, valued, and supported not just as employees but as whole people. It highlights empathy, inclusivity, and ethical treatment, advocating for HR policies that nurture authentic human connections and a sense of belonging in the workplace.

TCSHRM is a premier professional Human Resources organization. We are committed to driving high standards of competence, influencing employers to effectively utilize human resources and advocate for important human resource issues. We are proud to hold a SHRM Super Mega chapter status with over 1,000 professionals who work in a variety of key industries including: business, education, retail, food and beverage, finance, insurance, manufacturing, civic organizations and many more. Each year, we provide the highest quality professional development, information exchange, and networking opportunities for the Human Resource professional. We drive connection and innovation through our many monthly events, and our annual Spring and Fall Conferences. We believe deeply in focusing on the strengths of our members and volunteers and are proud to be CliftonStrengths based organization.

• 2 complimentary booth tickets (in-person events) or 2 attendee registrations (virtual events) to each event you're sponsoring

The TCSHRM Board of Directors has the authority to review and approve all sponsors at all levels. Registering as a sponsor through the website does not represent a contractual agreement between you and TCSHRM or give you access to our membership’s information. TCSHRM reserves the right to review and refuse any sponsor, and to secure multiple sponsors.
