Who we areTwin Cities SHRM (TCSHRM) is one of the largest SHRM chapters with over 1,000 members. Founded in 1951, we celebrated 70 years strong in 2021 and became a Pinnacle Award Winning Chapter! In 2022, we won another Pinnacle Award for our ground breaking What the HR! Podcast and became a back to back Pinnacle Award winning chapter. In 2024, we won our third Pinnacle Award for our first ever Fall Leadership Conference. Our theme for 2025 is HUMANity at Work.
