September Meeting: Becoming an ON Point Leader: Leading People & Teams in the 21st Century

Everything is changing and moving at lightning speed today…including the way we lead. Being an effective and successful leader is hard, and leadership comes in all shapes and sizes.  It can look very different, but there is one thing that is true about every leader regardless of industry. If you are leading, training, and managing people the same way you did 5, 10, 15 years ago…you’re failing! It’s time to take your leadership skills to the next level, and become an ON Point leader.

As the winningest coach in Minnesota’s Division I women’s basketball history and now a Senior Executive Coach, Pam Borton brings a unique combination of executive experience.  Pam knows how to successfully navigate the challenges of a leadership and influence. Handling pressure, scrutiny, and expectations has taught Pam what it takes to thrive in a fast-changing and competitive environment. Join us for this exciting event and emerge as a stronger leader ready to bring your organization to the next level.

Everyone will take home a signed copy of the book ON Point, by Pam Borton!

Join us for this interactive workshop to take your leadership skills to the next level.  We will discuss:

  • Defining Leadership in the 21st Century
  • Discovering the Top 3 “Best Practices” to be an ON Point Leader
  • Understanding How “People Matter”: Hiring, Recruiting, Motivating, and Retaining Top Talent
  • Implementing “The Big 3”: Expectations, Feedback, and Accountability
