Current Openings

Social Media – Working with our Marketing team. Partners with our volunteer teams to develop and post social media communications using our TCSHRM social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)

 

App Communications Specialist – Working with our marketing team.  Develop and manage TCSHRM app communication and promotional strategy.  Partner with other TCSHRM teams to develop strategy for communications for the app.  Develop communications and member surveys.

 

Communications Lead – Working with the Workforce Readiness team.   Creates the event posting messaging on our website to attract members and non-members to register for our events.  Takes the lead in filling out the event posting form for TCSHRM staff to post online.

 

Legislative Affairs Legal Summit Team Lead – Working with the Legislative Affairs team.   This committee member is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing the annual Legal Summit Event.  The team lead shall continue to build and develop the strategic partnership with Littler to ensure the event continues to meet the goals and objectives of the Legal Summit.  The team lead is in charge of coordinating with Littler the event topics and logistics. The lead will report back to the VP of LA in a timely manner with ongoing updates of event progress.  Once approved by the VP of LA the team lead will coordinate with TCSHRM administrators to get the event information on the website for registration and promoting purposes.  Manage the day of event to meet goals and expectations.  Complete follow up of event (feedback forms, etc.) to review for future summits.

 

Campus Outreach – Working with the College & University Relations team.   Provides Engagement and Outreach with college students and professors to ensure they are aware of TCSHRM and its benefits.  This volunteer opportunity includes a mix of recruiting and public speaking opportunities.  Looking for someone to partner with a few of the smaller schools that may not have an official HR program or SHRM Student Chapter.
