Twin Cities SHRM Emerging HR Professional of the Year Award

The Twin Cities SHRM Emerging HR Professional of the Year award will be presented during the TCSHRM 2023 Spring Conference: Believe. Belong. Be Bold. on Friday, May 5, 2023.

The TCSHRM Emerging HR Professional award is for a student pursuing a career in HR or an HR professional within the first 5 years of their HR career.

Nominees are advancing their own careers by participating in or leading HR initiatives within their school or organization or the local HR community. Award winners are defined as future leaders in the profession who are challenging the status quo or providing HR expertise to advance the profession.



Eligibility

The TCSHRM Emerging HR Professional award is for a student pursuing a career in HR or an HR professional within the first 5 years of their HR career.

Requirements

  • Be going to school pursuing an undergraduate or working in the Twin Cities area. 

Nomination Process

  • Candidates can be by self-nominated or by nominated by another member of the organization
  • Please make sure to include detailed examples  
  • Complete the nomination form below by March 31, 2023

As the Emerging HR Professional of the Year, you’ll receive the following:

  •  You can register for FREE at our Spring Conference (a value of $375).
  • A 50% discount for the Spring Conference for your HR Team or Classmates (up to 10 individuals). 
  • Free TCSHRM Membership.
  • You will receive an award trophy and will be recognized live during the Spring Conference.
  • You will be featured in our upcoming e-newsletter and TCSHRM social media posts.
