At TCSHRM, we believe in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all our members, especially newcomers. Our Member Ambassador Program is designed to help new members feel welcome and connected when attending chapter meetings, programs, conferences, and socials.

Member Ambassadors are key to fostering a sense of belonging by greeting new members, facilitating introductions, and creating meaningful connections during events.

Get Connected with a Member Ambassador

Become a Member Ambassador

Connecting with a Member Ambassador is an opportunity to maximize your investment in membership and events. Are you new to TCSHRM and planning to attend your first event? Are you returning after a hiatus and looking to reconnect? Are you attending your first conference and interested in tips and networking introductions?

All of these are great reasons to connect with a Member Ambassador! By leveraging a Member Ambassador at your next event, you’ll meet individuals who can help you make the most of your membership!

This role is responsible for ensuring a positive new member experience in order to engage and retain members. The New Member Ambassador Volunteer will connect with new members at TCSHRM in-person events and via phone/video calls. The New Member Ambassador Volunteer will focus on welcoming our new members, including greeting, conversing, facilitating introductions, and following up with them to help them feel accepted and connected to the TCSHRM community.

• Check in with you during breaks and throughout the event to answer questions and offer help with anything else needed.
