The TCSHRM Mentoring program partners early career HR professionals with mid-to-senior career HR professionals.  The mentor is a great resource for the young professional or someone new to HR that provides coaching and guidance and helps them get connected to other HR professionals.

New this Year:

  •  Updated program reduces time commitment from one year to 4 meetings over 4-6 months
  • Additional resources and guides for effective, goal-driven conversations
  •  Self-assessment and development planning support aligned with SHRM Body of Competency and Knowledge
  •  One complimentary program provided for mentor & mentee to attend together
