Newsletter Advertising Guidelines

PLEASE NOTE that that TCSHRM Newsletter is an electronic newsletter available to TCSHRM members.

1. Ads/notices must be relevant for TCSHRM audience.
2. A copy of your advertisement must be received by the appropriate deadline using the electronic format.
3. Newsletter advertisements must be for a specific issue or issues.
4. Payment must be received prior to the advertisement being published in the newsletter.
5. Advertising space is limited and preference will be given to those purchasing multiple ads.
6. Advertisements will be located throughout the newsletter, as available space dictates.
7. Advertiser must provide camera–ready artwork. TCSHRM does not provide design services.

TCSHRM reserves the right to refuse or cancel any advertisement. The publisher will not be responsible for errors on submissions of electronic copy. The advertiser agrees to defend and indemnify the publisher against any and all liability, loss and expense.

Advertising Rates

All advertising rates include full color.

Members:

1/4 page: $375 per submission (3.65” x 4.495”)
1/2 page: $750 per submission (7.5” x 4.495”)
Full page: $1,500 per submission (8.5" x 11”)

Non-Members:

1/4 page: $475 per submission (3.65” x 4.495”)
1/2 page: $950 per submission (7.5” x 4.495”)
Full page: $1,900 per submission (8.5" x 11”)

2025 January/February: December 16, 2024
2025 March/April: February 17
2025 May/June: April 14
2025 July/August: June 16
2025 September/October: August 18
2025 November/December: October 13
